EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES

The NHA shall conduct all recruitment, selection and employment activities in accordance with applicable Navajo Nation employment laws.

Indian and Navajo Preference; all NHA recruitment and employment shall be in accordance with Federal Indian Preference laws and regulations as set forth in 24CFR-95.175.  The Navajo Preference in Employment Act shall apply where its application does not violate federal Indian preference and regulations.
